Technical discussions on the site plan designed by our experts continue.
SVA and VV advised the OMB that the experts and consultants are working to try to find common facts and to narrow the scope of the issues.
SVA asked the OMB to convene the meeting on November 6 to hear an overview of the factual evidence from the planning witnesses for SVA and the Township.
No other evidence would be heard on that day.
Our lawyer will have her right to cross examination, if necessary,
reserved to when the adjourned hearing reconvenes on November 13.
The November 6 OMB hearing at 10:00 am in Grafton is open to the public but the process is governed by the procedural order issued on September 22.
The OMB has agreed to this to give the parties time to see
if the issues to be decided by the OMB can be narrowed.
Meetings between SVA, VV and the Township consultants will continue during the week of November 6 to identify the issues on which SVA and VV do not agree.
The OMB will likely set a date for the public meeting for the week
commencing November 13 when the hearing reconvenes.
