A lot has happened in our community in the months since the SVA Pit Application went to the OMB. While we did not win we believe that, given the circumstances, we got the best deal we could.
It has been quite a while since your Directors have had a conversation with you about what happened at the OMB. We are concerned that what has happened may not be fully known or understood by all the members. We continue to meet and work on actions to either slow or stop the Pit. Some things can still be attempted in those regards.
Right now we would like to get your feedback and perceptions regarding what has happened over the last six months.
In order to accomplish this, we would like your reactions to the following five statements.
1. I am not sure how we got from having a good chance of stopping the pit to having to make concessions with SVA at the OMB.

2. I do not really know or understand the detail of where we are in terms of the Pit, what concessions were made and what we gained.
