On November 12, members of Council and representatives from
Valley Voices and Shelter Valley Aggregates joined the firms
chosen by Council to review the studies provided by
Shelter Valley Aggregates on a site tour.
This was the first time that Council and Valley Voices had been given
the opportunity to walk the property and the impact was strong.
Many homes can be seen from the proposed pit site,
and noise will be a real issue for miles around.
