Members of Valley Voices may not be aware
of the dilemmas facing Cindy and Paul Anthony,
Turk Road, living adjacent to Shelter Valley Aggregates.
Cindy asked to speak at the March 9th A/H Planning Meeting.
She has done a whack of research
attempting to determine how her family, the community,
and A/H became mired
in what looks like an intractable problem with SVA.
While her presentation is personal it hits on many consequences other residents may face. Cindy outlines several issues that could affect any one of us
and, indeed, the community at large.
Your AGR has heard Cindy's presentation. It is an eloquent, provocative,
and sincere discussion
of the many complex problems SVA creates for the community. It is also a clear illustration of how V V continues
to be willing to help Council deal with SVA.
She is due to speak about 9:00pm, Wednesday, March 9, Grafton.
All V V members are invited to join Cindy to give her moral support
and to show Council that,
even though it's the dead of winter,
V V is alive and kicking.
Cindy's talk is posted here.
We hope it will inspire more members to express their feelings
to A/H Council.
