your area?
We need information regarding personal compensation paid by aggregate pits due to noise, vibration, water problems etc. Your distance from the pit is also important to our cause.
We also seek examples of pits that agreed to certain conditions and limitations while in negotiations with the municipality and once underway applied for and received approval from MNR/MOE to change those very conditions and limitations.
